Shipping Fee

Orders placed on weekdays will be processed and shipped within 24 hours upon submitting your order. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped within the next business day. A shipment confirmation email will be sent to you after the order has been shipped.

*All estimated shipping times do not include clearance/customs delays

Tracking an Order

You will receive an email with a tracking code for your use in tracking the whereabouts of your package. Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct before placing the order. We are unable to reroute a shipment after it is sent out. We are not responsible for incomplete deliveries due to an invalid or incorrect address provided by the customer.

If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it. Please refer to the following: 

• Check your mailbox or ask your front office first
• A pickup notice might be left by the courier if you are not available upon delivery
• Check with your neighbors, friends and family members living at the same address
• Go to the tracking page and request a proof of delivery

Packages through standard shipping do not require a signature. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit. If you suspect your package is lost or stolen in transit, please file a claim with the courier. In the case that your package is delivered to the wrong address, please contact the courier directly to open an investigation and redeliver the package to the correct address.
